Her work is rooted in personal transformation, ancestral reverence, and a deep commitment to reclaiming wellness as a birthright, not a luxury.
Affectionately known as The Gardener, Modupé began her healing journey while navigating fibroids, caregiver burnout, and a disconnection from her own body. Through the power of plant medicine, ritual, and rest, she reclaimed her health and purpose—birthing Oládé Organics as a sacred offering of herbal products and self-care tools. The CommuniTea Gardens naturally followed as the community-centered expansion of that mission, creating safe and sacred spaces for collective healing.
Her offerings—ranging from tea ceremonies and Sister Circles to herbal sensory retreats and wellness education—center nervous system regulation, womb wellness, and ancestral self-restoration. She bridges ancient African healing traditions with accessible, modern practices that resonate deeply with Black women, caregivers, and spiritual seekers.
Modupé also hosts a YouTube channel, “Brewing CuriosiTea,” where she shares raw, soulful stories and practical tools for fibroid recovery, emotional healing, and sacred living. Whether through curated gatherings, herbal medicine, or soul-centered content, her mission is to help others reconnect with spirit and self ,one intentional sip at a time.
