A Woman’s Pre-Ramadan Wellness Prep & Shopping Experience

Prep, Glow & Grow: Pre-Ramadan Workshop was an uplifting and intentional gathering created to support women in preparing spiritually, emotionally, and practically for the blessed month ahead. Designed as a space to reset, refocus, and reclaim well-being, the workshop centered women in their vital role as the heart of the home and the community.

Through empowering workshops, heartfelt conversations, and meaningful connection, we welcomed over 60 women and fostered an environment of reflection, growth, and sisterhood. Together, we entered Ramadan feeling grounded, glowing, and ready to grow—while also raising funds for the Ansar Al-Nisa program within The Aafiyah Project, supporting vulnerable women in our community.
