Ramadan Mubarak
Ramadan Mubarak, sis!
We’re just days away from the arrival of Ramadan, and before the scrambling begins, before the lists, the shopping, and the preparations, pause for a moment. Grab a pen. Take a breath. Write down who you want to be when you exit this blessed month.
This is the time for deep introspection. A moment to reflect and intentionally map out the woman you are striving to become once Ramadan comes to an end. Transformation doesn’t happen by accident. It begins with clarity and sincere intention.
Remember, we have the powerful gift of dua. With Allah’s permission, a single dua can change the course of our journey. It truly is only one dua away. So smile, because the woman you are today is not the woman you will be after this month is over, in shā’ Allāh.
Let this be the year you commit to real character change. Let this be the year you take one sincere step closer to Allah and trust that when you do, He will come much closer to you.
Write it down. Then, in our WhatsApp community, share one piece of advice, something that will help hold you accountable while also encouraging the next woman to emerge from Ramadan spiritually stronger, more grounded, and closer to Allah.
Surah Al-Furqan (25:63–77) beautifully outlines the qualities of ‘Ibadur-Rahman, the true servants of the Most Merciful. These verses remind us that closeness to Allah is reflected in our character — humility, patience, sincere worship, balance, truthfulness, and a constant return to Allah through repentance. They teach us that transformation is possible, that growth is intentional, and that a believer’s goal extends beyond themselves to nurturing faith within their homes and communities. As we enter Ramadan, these ayat invite us to choose one trait to work on and allow this blessed month to be a catalyst for lasting character change.
Allahumma ya Muqallibal quloob, thabbit qalbi ‘ala deenik.
Allahumma ballighni Ramadan wa a’inni ‘ala dhikrika wa shukrika wa husni ‘ibadatik.
Allahumma ghayyir ahwaalana ila ahsaniha, wa asl ih quloobana wa akhlaqana, waj‘alna min ‘ibaadikas-saaliheen.
O Turner of hearts, keep my heart firm upon Your religion.
O Allah, allow me to reach Ramadan and help me remember You, thank You, and worship You in the best manner.
O Allah, change our condition to the best of states, rectify our hearts and our character, and make us among Your righteous servants.
