The Reset is Here

Jummah Mubarak sis! Ramadan is less than two weeks away, and if you’re feeling like time is slipping by, take a breath—it’s not too late to prepare.

Ramadan is the pause we’ve been longing for. A divine invitation to slow down, realign, and reconnect with Allah swt. Preparation looks different for everyone. Yes, it can mean organizing your home, requesting work accommodations, or planning meals—but just as important is preparing the heart.

Before the schedules, the goals, and the to-do lists, there is intention.
Alignment begins inward.

Today, make space to ask yourself: What do I want this Ramadan to awaken in me?
Even the smallest sincere intention carries weight with Allah swt.

Begin there. The rest will follow.

“And whoever turns to Allah sincerely—He will make for them a way.”
Surah At- Talaq 65:2

Turning to Allah swt does not require perfection—only sincerity. It is the quiet decision to return, even when the path ahead feels unclear. When the heart leans back toward Him with honesty and trust, Allah promises guidance, openings, and relief in ways we could never plan for ourselves.

The “way” may not look how we expect. Sometimes it arrives as clarity. Sometimes as patience. Sometimes as a softened heart or a door that opens at just the right time. But it always comes with mercy.

As Ramadan approaches, this ayah reminds us that real preparation begins inward. When we turn to Allah swt with intention, He meets us with direction—and that is more than enough.
